By accessing or using any service operated by TOTM Tech LTD, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

TOTM Tech LTD develops and operates SaaS products including FastlyConvert and ImageVideoFit. Our platforms provide media processing, file conversion, transcription, and related tools for creators and businesses.

You must provide accurate information when registering an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Users may optionally add a phone number during signup or later in account settings if they want to enable SMS verification. A one-time password (OTP) is sent only when the user explicitly opts in and requests verification.

SMS consent is collected through a separate checkbox that is unchecked by default. Opting in to SMS verification is optional and is not required to create an account or use our services. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.

Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can stop receiving SMS verification codes at any time by removing your phone number from your account settings.

You agree not to:

• →Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• →Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our systems
• →Use our services to spam, harass, or defraud others
• →Circumvent usage limits or rate limits
• →Use our SMS verification system for any purpose other than authenticating your own account

You retain all rights to the files you upload. TOTM Tech LTD retains all rights to the software, trademarks, and branding of our platforms.

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan you select. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis via our support team.

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that any specific results will be achieved through use of our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TOTM Tech LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Washington State.
